I was never a big fan of the neon trend. However I did always admire how so many other fashion bloggers could pull it off, but once I saw this top I knew I had to give it a go! It is so cute and I love the mesh strips! Because the top is so loud I thought I would keep the rest of the outfit simple and just pair it with a silver neckalace.
